Shipping and Returns
Shipping
I send all my prints within 2 business days of receiving your order. I ship via UPS Ground, which usually takes between 3-5 business days within the lower 48 states. If you need the shipment to reach you more quickly, I can ship via UPS 2 nd Day, Next Day Air or Fedex. After you have placed your order, please send me an email if you have special shipping needs.
I enclose each print in an archival clear bag and then flat pack in rigid board for protection. I pack orders of 5 or more prints in a sturdy box. I do not roll up any of my prints for shipping. Fees for shipment within the U.S. are based on the package weight and shipment value. This is roughly as follows: |
International shipping
I ship internationally via regular US Postal Service. Normally, I will add an additional fee to cover my international shipping cost. This is usually in the range of $10-40. I will contact you via email to confirm shipping details and the final cost plus shipping fee based on your location.
Return Policy
If you are not happy with any print you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. My reputation is based solely on ensuring that you are pleased with my photographs and my service. So, I view a return as feedback on my work. I do ask that you return the print in its original condition. I do not refund shipping charges.
